BackStandard Tagging
Wayground gave the ability for teachers to tag questions in their quiz to a particular standard indicating what skill that question was testing for.
But teachers weren’t doing it. The friction in the current implementation was too high.
However school administrators wanted their teachers to do it and this feature was a major selling point for the school plan.
I made several quality of life improvements to this tagging process to nudge more users to tag their quizzes with these standards.
Improved the visibility of the status that displayed whether a question was tagged or not.
We observed that a quiz would contain questions of upto 1-3 standards only. So when the teacher added a tag for a single question, these quick tags would show up below other questions helping the user tag them quickly.
Created a separate section within My Library so that users could find these standard tagged quizzes more easily and it would also be an entry point for them to start tagging more quizzes.
