After redesigning the pricing page, we observed that some teachers were still reluctant to go through the School plan flow.
It was because of a couple of reasons.
They had hit some limitation on the platform and wanted to purchase the pro plan to get beyond the limitation.
They were hesitant to share the contact of their school administrators since not many teachers at their school used Wayground.
I had an idea of a post-purchase nudge for the first category of users.
The plan was that after the purchase was successful, we would tell users that they could have their purchase reimbursed if their school purchased an organization-wide plan. This way we would get a lead for a School to contact even though their teacher had opted for the individual plan.
Improvements were observed across all the metrics we were tracking.
